Can I sell songs that are made up of just apple loops?

I am new to Logic Pro x, I have a couple of questions. Can I sell songs made up of just apple loops? The song would be made up of a combination of 50 loops.

Also in the vocal loops section, if I take a bunch of vocal loops and scramble them up to make a song along with the 50 instrument loops. Can I register the song at copyright.gov?

MacBook Pro, iOS 10.2

Yes - You just cannot sell the loops as "loops" - as long as the loops are used in your composition and you are selling your composition ( even if just made up of only apple loops) - they are royalty free and can used in your own music for sale or distribution as a composition.

here is the license agreement as provided by Apple....

B. Sample Content. The Apple Software may contain sample content including but not limited to artwork, audio files, audio loops, built-in sound files, graphics, images, impulse responses, photographs, samples, sound sets, sound settings, video files, or similar assets (“Sample Content”). This Sample Content is proprietary to Apple and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. Except as otherwise provided, all Sample Content included in the Apple Software may be used on a royalty-free basis to create your own original soundtracks for your film, video and audio projects. You may broadcast and/or distribute your own soundtracks that were created using the Sample Content, however, individual Sample Content assets may not be commercially or otherwise distributed on a standalone basis, nor may they be repackaged in whole or in part as audio samples, clipart, music beds, sound effects, sound files, sound libraries, stock animation, or similar assets.

again you can as long as you copyright it - "My song by Rockdookie...." you cannot copyright any single sample, loop etc for the purpose of selling or owning the IP as such......

You are good to go...

think of it similar to writing a paper in a word processor - you can copyright the paper you have written and even sell it, but you can't copyright or sell the alphabet or words used to make your paper.....
