personal hotspot issue

Hi! When I tried to set up the personal hotspot a pop up message appears saying please contact your carrier. It is very rare since I ve already used this function. Can you help me please?

iPhone 7, iOS 10.2

Do what it says, and contact your carrier. Personal Hotspot is a carrier feature. It needs to be supported by your carrier and enabled for your account.


Your carrier may have changed its services, and your account may no longer able to use Personal Hotspot.


Call your mobile / cellular carrier and ask them.
