Thinkware F770 ( PC Viewer for Mac )

Having dowloaded the Dash F770 Dash Cam Viewer for Mac I am ****** if i can download the Firmware. Can anyone help. I fitted the Front & Rear camera myself and it works fine but without the fully functioning Viewer on my Mac its little better than useless. Having said that I downloaded My iPhone 5s with the iPhone Viewer which does work but without the Front & Rear camera videos also the Map view of events its not much use.

Cathedral Cameras ( who sold me the camera units ) also both Thinkware cameras have been unable to help me resolve the issue and even they are having the same problem. Apple Care are also unable to help as the system is based on third part software and it doesn't help being a South Korean manufacturer.

I have attempted to download the Firmware but ran into trouble with the ZIP function.

I hope there is a wizard in the forum who can show me what to do and where I am going wrong.

I am beginning to wish I had gone for the Roadhawk Dash cam which was excellent and had an excellent Mac Viewer but lacked the rear camera and parking facility of the Thinkware.

Help would be greatly appreciated.
