Hi all,
I have the Outlook app installed (IOS mail app not an option, so can't use VIP feature). I need a way to notify me in the middle of the night with a loud ring tone and flash when I receive an email from a specific sender for when I'm on call. Can anyone recommend one?

Apps are sandboxed in iOS. If that's not a feature of Outlook (which it isn't), there is no way for anything to know that you got an email in outlook. The only way to do that would be to connect to the mail server and monitor your mail, which, if the iOS mail app is not an option, I'm guessing nothing else will be able to either.
Bummer, but I thought that might be the case. I suppose the long way would be to have a mail rule forward those specific emails to say a gmail address that I could setup on the iOS mail app and utilize the VIP feature.

That's a possibility. Why can't you just use the iOS mail app to begin with, though? It fully supports Exchange ActiveSync and integration.
