Wifi keeps disconnecting while using YouTube app

Dear Team,

I am using iPhone 6s, while using YouTube my wifi keeps on disconnecting it. To temporarily fix this issue I used to turn off the wifi and turn on it back. I tried reinstalling YouTube app but still the issue persists.

I need a permanent fix for this issue.

Please help me.
