Twitter Hashtag links opens in same window with hash got removed

Hi,

We are facing some issues with Twitter feed hashtag links on ios devices such as iphone, ipad. While viewing hashtag links of twitter widget in such devices, the hash(#) gets remove from the window. This opens correctly while viewing the same in a new tab from browser of iphone/ipad.

This happens for all ios devices such as iphone, ipad etc. However in android based devices its opens with hashtag.

So please help us resolving this.
