why my iphone have chinese character

Im using iphone 6s with os 10.2. When i double tap on globe symbol next to space bar the keyboard change to keypad with chinese character. Is it normal?User uploaded file

Go to settings > general > keyboard > keyboards and use the Edit button to remove anything other than English.
