why my iphone have chinese character

Im using iphone 6s with os 10.2. When i double tap on globe symbol next to space bar the keyboard change to keypad with chinese character. Is it normal?

Go to settings > general > keyboard > keyboards and use the Edit button to remove anything other than English.

Since that's not the built in keyboard, I have to assume you are using a 3rd party keyboard from the app store. Ask the app developer.
