error message 0xE8000065 ???

please help

its like my ipad is possessed, tried to restore to factory settings, but just got the error message above 0xE8000065 , no explanation or anything, cant even enter my password as the keyboard has a mind of its own !!!!

Device is only 2years old :-(

any help appreciated
