BetterNet VPN Subscription refund

I accidentally purchased a yearly subscription for $29.99 then a 6-month sub for $17.99 and I dont want either. I have cancelled the subscriptions, and contacted the company, and they said that I would have to go to Report a Problem, which I did. I wanted to report the issue and get a refund for both however, the $17.99 sub still says pending, and when I try to submit a report, it gives me an error that says, "We could not process this request." Not really sure what else to do here....
