what is the quickest way to turn a video clip into a file?
I would like to export a clip from final cut pro X to the compressor without exporting the whole movie. What is the most efficient way of doing this?
Final Cut Pro X, iOS 10.2
The media is, of course, already a file. You export using the Share command or the Send to Compressor command. You can set in and out points within the clip so you're not exporting the entire movie.
We may a translation issue here. You might be referring to your project or timeline as "the movie".
