Activation policy Unlock to Multi-Mode Unlock

Is it possible to change unlock type for already unlocked iPhone 6?

from Policy ID 10 (Unlock) to 2303 (Multi-Mode Unlock)? (So it can be used with CDMA)

ps. I saw a few GSX logs in the web for the similar iPhone 6 with unlock path from Policy ID 23 to 2303, but no clue what to do if it is already unlocked.
