Since updating IOS to 10.2 on my iPhone 5s, the green phone icon has disappeared from my screen. I can no longer see my call history without going through Siri. Can someone please help me to correct this? Thank you!

the phone app can't be deleted.
so check your other app folders or home page.
check restrictions.
settings - general - reset - reset home screen layout.
