Do you need an adapter of any kind to charge a 5S iPhone in Denmark or other European countries?

Note that the kit includes plug adapters. It does nothing for voltage/current.
The voltage (not current) is different but all Apple devices work on 100-240 VAC 50/60 hz.
If you are using the Apple provided charging cube, you will simply need a plug adapter for the power system in Denmark.
