How do I cancel a subscription for extra iCloud storage

I am finding no way to cancel a subscription for additional iCloud storage. Help. How do I do it. Simple??

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 10.0.3

I have found the page where I can downgrade to the free storage. However the upper right Done/Change? option wont populate. It forces me back to Cancel which reverts to the extra storage purchase checked in blue. This has taken days for what should be a very simple cancellation of $1 monthly charge.

Downgrade your iCloud storage to the Free 5GB option as per this support document:

Once you cancel the sub if its within a certain amount of time you can also request a refund.

LOL! changed tabs to a Youtube Video for a sec, and then came back to submit. Clearly took too long. 😉
