Issues watching movie using TV on the iPad Air 2 and IPhone 6+

Is there an issue with the "TV" seems like while watching a movie on the iPad or iPhone 6+ you can't get to the menu to pause, stop, play or any others.....also sometimes the screen just turns white and the only way to the movie menu or movie library you need to totally exit out and start over by swiping

I understand from your post that you are having an issue with the TV app not showing the menu along with the screen turning white making you have to exit the entire app. In this type of situation I recommend using the steps from the article below. While the title of the article indicates it is only for apps that you have installed, it can also be used for an app like the TV app.
