Download HD option greyed out on itunes - TV show

I have a number of TV Season i have bought in itunes that i bought in HD but opted to download the SD version at the time to watch on my ipad and save space on my hard drive. I now have a 8TB Hard drive with plenty of space free and would like to be able to download the full HD version of these shows, however they all are showing greyed out in itunes.

I have never downloaded the HD files previously 😕

I've signed in and out of the accounts - nothings changed. I have also looked in quick links - purchased - not in my library and they aren't there either. When i select 'all' it appears as per the image below.

Does anyone know how i can download them?

Yes.

The thumbnail of the series all show but there but no option to download - only the x button.

When i change it to "Not in my Library" only 2 shows appear (with the Cloud download icon in the top right). Incidentally, all they are, are 2 random post episode clips that i mustn't have watched during the season. I cn't access the HD verion of those shows either.
