Hello everyone,
so currently my account is in german app store and in order to change store, it must be that there aren't any balances in my account. Unfortunately, after my last purchase i still have 8 Cent left in my account and it's not possible to use this rest balance for any purchase because it's too small. My question is: how can i "cash out" the rest balance?

When you buy an item, you will use the remaining store credit and charge the remainder of the purchase to your credit card.
If you don't have a credit card, contact iTunes Store support."

If you have to contact Apple they will remove the balance and keep it.
You should only be doing this change as part of moving to a new country. Some people just want to temporarily use the store in another country for access to certain materials but that doesn't work.
