"Phone not allowed"

My phone was working fine, and suddenly stopped receiving network service overnight. My carrier is 3. Did everything try to fix it, but still no service.

This is what it shows in settings:

Setting > general > about > network (showing not available) > phone not allowed

Please help! Thanks!
