If i enter my Passcode (screen ist purple), and the loading bar comes up, it come a litte black screen and after them my Display show the right color and i can work fine (see last picture).

Don't really know but what I would try would be a pram zap and an SMC reset.

Here's how to reset your PRAM:

  1. Shut down your machine. Yes, all the way down, not sleep or logging out.
  2. Press the power button and then press command-option-p-r. ...
  3. Hold those keys down until your Mac reboots again and you here the startup chime.
  4. Let go of the keys and let your Mac reboot normally.

SMC reset: shut down Mac. unplug everything from Mac, that means power to Mac also. Wait a minute then plug everything back and power on.

On each display make sure you go into the display menu and pick the proper input type. HDMI 1.4 is highest you are going. Also if those displays have display port then remove the HDMI and try mini display port to display port cable v1.2 to be exact. This permits 60 hz Also set the display input for display port.
