When buying from the Apple Online Store, any available financing options will be shown during checkout. Apple Store Gift Cards can also be redeemed at that time:

Note that Apple itself does not offer any financing or payment options - they get paid in full for every item they sell. They have partnerships with financial companies that offer finance options if you qualify for their loan or line of credit terms (In the U.K. I believe the finance options are provided through PayPal Credit).

Note that an iTunes Gift card is different than an Apple store gift card and the two cannot be used the same
