Touch bar not turning on

I am using the new macbook pro 15 inch with toucbar running on the latest os X. I installed Windows 10 using bootcamp. Lately, I noticed that my MacBook occassionally won't start up automatically when I open the lid and the touch bar doesn't start up as well sometimes. The touchbar will start as normal if I restart but the problems doesn't go away.
