poor-quality repair

tell me who to complain about poor quality repairs?

The fact that my computer 3 times put the wrong diagnosis. I appreciate the quality of service authorized as low. is there anyone or Apple who controls them and who can complain?

Yes, that would usually be the portal to see about getting service.

Then if you weren't dealing locally, the next step would be to take

the problematic unit in for inspection, diagnostic testing, & repairs.

If yours is an official Apple owned actual retail Store, it may also

have on-staff genius level or technical product specialists who

would be trained to at least formulate a diagnosis before sending

the unit to an off-site repair station; as some do if they don't have

an on-site facility.

About all I can suggest, as a fellow Apple product user, who is not

on staff and not an employee (and own no stock) is try to send an

informative Feedback statement of your issue (kindly) to Apple Inc

and they will read them all. But do not expect them to reply to you.

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

Not sure how 'service & support' Feedback statements are to be

sent to Apple via this portal. I suspect you use the Hardware name

item to address your concern. If no exact topic is shown, use Other

and briefly state the situation & your local repair facility by name.

Service & Support

Depending on where you are located, other service options may

exist; in another city, province, etc -- or in a neighboring country.

You can use the Locator in more than one way, sometimes even

if an Authorized Apple Service Provider or reseller with service is

not listed in the main country page.

Since you know who you are dealing with, I suggest if your country

offers any consumer protection laws or regulations on business to

keep them responsible to the letter of law; legal recourse may exist.

That is a local matter between you and the business handling repair

as an agent for your Apple product. Unless you have been actually

able to use an Apple-owned facility & staff. See local consumer law.

Sorry to not be helpful in this matter.

Good luck & happy trails! 🙂

Within your country, depending on where you are located, service and support

may vary from the ideal. There may be other Authorized service providers who

could do a better job with a correct diagnostic and suitable repair.

Find an Apple Authorized Service Provider:

https://locate.apple.com/country

Where you are located and the absence of official Apple Store and/or

(more than one) Authorized Apple Service Provider, is a big problem.

A neighboring country may have an option, if you could trust it and

not pay customs; and freely travel or have item shipped cost effective.

If your Country isn't listed in their Locator site, there may be a listing in the

more general Region. In some instances, when a country is not listed there

may be a second area. Then some regions only have independent business

who may repair and/or sell who do not have official status with Apple, Inc.

Not sure who you could contact and don't know where you are located.

Is the product newer & still covered under an extended AppleCare plan?

Here's a general Apple.com Contact page: https://www.apple.com/contact/

Because these Apple Support Communities have no 'staff' and most of those

who reply to questions do so on our own time, without compensation, also; we

do not represent Apple and are not employees of the company. Anyone can

try & help others by reading enough to attempt to help resolve issues, or by

having learned and used their products on our own time & our own dime.

Sorry that you haven't gotten headway through your local or regional authorized

Apple independent reseller who may also be the authorized repair agency there.

If you are having to pay for each repair attempt, there may be a local governing

consumer protection law and office to report bad business practices there.

Hopefully you can talk to someone else, or find if someone repairs Apple items

outside your area and if they accept shipped products for service from your area.

What isn't working correct in your Mac? Which model and OS X has it?

In any event:

Good luck in this matter...! 😐
