How do I unlock my IPad?

Unlock how ?
If you mean that you've forgotten the iPad's passcode : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
If you mean activation lock then type in the id and password of the account that was being using in Settings > iCloud on it
