i keep getting a charge of 10.99 on my debit card have no idea what it is

Go to itunes main page bottom of page apple ID click on that view ID

Then go to manage payments check whwt you pay for each month .

Check to see if you have a subscription setup > View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

If it's not a subscription charge, you can contact Apple directly > Contact - Official Apple Support

If you "have no idea what it is", then perhaps it's from a gasoline company or a retail store or a restaurant.

If you think the charge is somehow related to Apple, you can sign in to iTunes on your computer and view your account.
