How do I stop bogus flash player updates that are automatically opening in a new window?

I have a MacBook Pro running Sierra 10.12.2. New windows keep opening in Safari asking me to update my Flash Player. The URL changes several times during opening, but finally displays as yousofttic.com. I thought I trashed all dmg's of Flash and it is uninstalled - that seemed to stop the problem for a few hours. Searching "yousofttic.com" turns up 0 results and I'm not getting any results in forums/communities. I'm not a techy, so I need some really detailed instructions - think "how to fix this for Dummies". Thanks.

MacBook Pro, macOS Sierra (10.12.2)

From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab then click: Manage Website Data then click Remove All. It can take a minute or two for the data to populate.

Then go to your Safari menu bar, click History > Clear History.

Then quit and relaunch Safari to test.
