Apple Maps won't load using mobile data

Apple Maps won't load when on mobile data but works fine on wifi, tried resetting network settings, deleting the maps app and reinstalling still nothing.


Anyone else experiencing this problem?


I am using Iphone 7 ISO 10.2

Hi


Check that mobile data is enabled for Maps:


  • Go to: Settings > Mobile Data.
  • Check that Mobile Data is enabled (top setting).
  • In the list of apps beneath, check that Maps is enabled.
