Black vertical line on youtube videos only on safari?

Is this a safari problem? I'm on the new macbook 2016 witht the touchbar and I just noticed this black line running along the left side of all videos I play on youtube on safari. When i switch to chrome, these videos do not have those lines! I've noticed this problem only occurs when the window is maximised.
