How do I change my hotspot Name?

I have a IPhone SE and I am trying to change my hotspot name to something I want not IPhone? I have tried looking In Get Help With Personal Hotspot In IOS, and could not find anything to help?

Settings>General>About>Name will show you the phone name. You can change it to anything you want.

The hotspot name will be the same as your phone's "name"
