YouTube not working on my iPad Pro

YouTube app issues, when I try to view any video I get an error saying try again, but is it working ok on my old iPad2 YouTube works ok, so I am wondering if the latest iOS 10.2 software is causing issues to this app. This only occurred after my latest YouTube app update as well as my iOS been updated.

Anyone got any solutions?

iPad Pro, iOS 10.2

Greetings, kris69north.
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! It appears that your iPad Pro is having difficulties playing videos through the YouTube application. I'll be glad to help.
If an app you installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open -- Even though the title of this article isn't specific to your issue, the steps contained here will help. Try playing a video through YouTube after each step completed.
Reset Network Settings - iPad -- If the previous article didn't resolve the issue, be sure to write down your Wi-Fi networks/passwords before continuing. On your iPad, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will only affect previously connected Wi-Fi networks and passwords, recently used Bluetooth accessories, VPN and APN settings. Test again.

Let me know how that goes and take care!
