Hi
Do not try to turn on, use or charge your iPhone whilst moisture may be present.
Contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider to have your iPhone checked and to establish your available service options, timescales and cost:

Apple advises that iPhone should not be dried using an external heat source, such as a hair dryer:
But my iPhone is working, it's just this condensation in the front caméra, for taking selfies, it's a little bit embarrassing, the pictures are blurred. But my iPhone is working normally, without any problem els.

iPhone 7 is splash and water resistant, but it is not waterproof and it should not be intentionally submerged in water.
With water visible inside your iPhone, you should turn it off and arrange service.
Same here, its been one and a half weeks now and the condensation is stuck. I believe because its water resistant phone does not breath and the moisture is trapped in there. I tried leaving the phone in a bag of rice over night but nothing..
Its been 10 days now without any improvement so I don't think it will ever go away..
Hi
Just wait and if it disappears in a few days .
Cheers
Brian
