My imessage is not activating but i noticed that i am missing the options, " send & receive", "send as sms" and "text forward" under messages in settings and i am unsure about what to do.help?? my facetime as well is not activating.

In that case, I suggest that you contact Apple Support or make a Genius Bar reservation, as advised in my previous reply.
