This application shows up when I review logs in Console.
It doesn't show up as an application in Activity Monitor.
I searched and got bad results.
I've had a recent privacy concern, and trying to figure out if there's anything harmful on my computer.
It doesn't prompt any popups, I can just see it in the logs

You should uninstall Intego. anti-virus programs are useless on Macs and cause various problems. As far as Malwarebytes, if you mean the version that runs in the background you should probably disable that feature.
What makes you think your network was hacked?
And, what is it that leads you to assume you are being hacked? You posted about one thing and were wrong about that. You've created what seems to a situation that doesn't really exist based on looking at Console entries that mean nothing to you, as you have stated. So far as I can tell there is nothing to look for,

After I thought my network was hacked (with valid reason to believe) I wiped the hard drive and started fresh but I still get paranoid that this computer is no longer safe.
Is there anything I can do to put my mind at ease about this situation?
Any links or should I bring it into a professional?
I have the firewall ON, Intego Anti Virus software, Malwarebytes...
I opened a link by mistake.
Said an invalid login occurred on my FB account.
I panicked and clicked (looked 100% real).
Didn't enter any information. 2 different links popped up.
Don't know if anything was downloaded onto my Mac.
After this happened, I wiped the hard drive and started fresh.
I'll give you the short list, they affect performance, they use resources that can be used by useful programs, false positives, they sometimes quarantine files they shouldn't. There are more but that's more than enough.

That was an over-reaction. It was not necessary to do that.
It sounds like what you saw was a phishing scam, and although you did click the link, it sounds like you did not enter any of the information that was requested. If that's the case, all you needed to do was close the browser window with the malicious page(s) open. You are not infected with anything.
I strongly recommend against trying to look for signs of trouble in the Console app. If you don't know how to interpret those logs, there will be plenty of things there that can be misinterpreted as being malicious. Case in point: com.apple.WebKit.Networking is 100% legitimate and is a part of macOS.

I see. I never paid that much attention. I guess I was looking at the paid for Windows version. A faux pas on my part.
I agree with Thomas. You'll drive yourself crazy constantly looking for signs of malevolence. Just enjoy your Mac.
Is 'com.apple.WebKit.Networking' a safe application?
