Iphone custom EQ not working

I have made a custom EQ in MAC and tried to transfer the EQ to my Iphone 6 running iOS 10.2.

I am unable to hear any changes in the quality of the sound in Iphone which i can clearly hear in my MAC.

Kindly suggest what should i do.
