connect iPad to Tv or Monitor (audio and video)

My old iPad had a 30 pin connector. I had an AV cable with a 30 pin connector on one end and multiple connectors on the other end (red, white, yellow av connectors) and a USB connector. I would use the cable to watch streaming media (i.e., Netflix) on TVs in hotel rooms - connected to my iPad. NOW, I have a new iPad with a lightening connector and I cannot find a comparable AV cable. How can I hook up my new iPad to watch streaming media on TVs with standard AV connections (not HDMI)? Thanks!
