Unable to disable Capslock! It's back again after some days,

Question

How to make disabling of Capslock permanent? I can disable it but all of a sudden it's there again.

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2016, 4 TBT3), iOS 10.2

Thank you, but I knew that. I just wonder why it's not permanent. I have to do it over again from time to time.

Because it's a bug in Sierra yet to be fixed.
