Just got my IPhone X yesterday and facetime is disabled while I am using it with no issues at all on my old iphone 6

According to this https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204042 FaceTime isn't available in Saudi Arabia.

You cannot use FT in KSA. It is banned by the government.
