Can't delete videos from photo library

1. Which model of iPhone are you using and the iOS it's on? Find the software version on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod
2. Were the videos recorded on your iPhone or are they videos you've purchased in iTunes?
3. Were the videos synced to iTune on a Mac or PC?

Remove a photo or video from an album. Tap the photo or video, then tap . You can choose to remove it from the album or delete it from your iCloud Photo Library on all your devices.

Because these videos were synced to your iPhone, you'll need to use iTunes to un-sync them from the iPhone. Photos that are synced using iTunes can only be removed this way, which is why the trash can option is not present when you try to delete them directly from the iPhone. When your iPhone is plugged in to iTunes, you'll need to select the iPhone on the left sidebar, then select the Movies tab and see your sync options. You can uncheck the sync box to un-sync them, or select to delete only certain movies. Apparently, the symbol didn't appear in the last post. Look for a "trash can" at the bottom right after you select the video you want to delete. If you're not seeing that symbol, let us know please.
