i recieved a message from mailer-daemon@googlemail.com ( all underlines) stating technical details of permanent failure on a message i sentthat was rejected by the server for the recipient. the other server returned the error 450-4.2.1

I don't understand why the server for the recipient domain returned the error 450-4.2.1 [2607:f8bo:4001:c08::1b] means. Or it's ramifications
