Removing border?

I have imported a quicktime video into final cut and edited it. However, when I export the project as a quicktime file there is a thick black border around the video. How can I change the frame size of the sequence (currently 720x480) to match that of the video clip I am using?

Maybe if you post what your delivery intention is the answers might be better...

If you don't see the black border in the Canvas, choose the sequence, then choose file/export/QuickTime movie... check on the "make self contained" option, and the file is then transportable.... and it's the same format as you edited DV probalby.. use "current settings" and it will be a very high quality movie.
