in app purchase did not go through but i was billed
Not sure where to post this questions, but I purchased some in-app points for my daughters game and it wouldn't go through. We tried 4 different times and the points were never credited. I received my statement today and I was charged the 4 times $1.99 but no points. What do I do? I never had don't this before and Im not really familiar. She had to ask permission and once I granted it, it would say failed on her phone but it processed payment on mine.
Any help is appreciated.
