iPhone 7 won't download apps
Trying to update apps via wifi and even my LTE, but it's giving me major problems. Getting the ""Instagram" could not be installed at this time." prompt every time I try to update.

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to update apps on your iPhone from the App Store app over Wi-Fi or cellular data. If you haven't already, please force close the App Store app and then restart your iPhone as the shut down and start up process is important to keep the iOS software running properly. iOS clears cached data and does other system optimizations when you turn your device off and on.
