Touchbar not behaving (parts switch off)

Hello,

My touchbar on my 15-inch MacBook Pro has been behaving strangely, sometimes when its been in sleep mode it only comes back in parts. See pictures below:

Only the moving parts show up.

Only the parts that you touch light up.

The escape key doesn't show.

Now the buttons all work but they just don't show, when I press Fn key everything shows up again, but after the touchbar going to sleep, the same problem arises. Please find a solution or create un update for this problem.

Having the exact same problem.
For me, it happens most of the time after using a fullscreen app, though I cant really narrow it down.

Also had a phone call with the german apple support, they weren't able to help.

They suggested to try a different user or to start the macbook in safe mode to narrow it down.

Thanks for the comment. I understand what you are saying, but already had to send a previous new macbook back to be replaced, so I would rather not give this one up again for a week or two (or however long it takes for them to fix this) because I need it for my work. I feel this is a software issue and Apple should solve this with an update or something...

i have the exact same issue. Talked with Apple Care but they suggest me to go to a retail store. Then the guys at Apple Store told me to send my machine to a repair center to get inspected.
