im charging my iphone 6s and i placed it at the floor (facing down), then my sister accidentally dropped her perfume bottle (metal bottle) and it has a height of 3ft. and when i checked the phone i notice the back of my phone and i saw a dent. im wondering if the impact of the metal bottle to my phone can damage the internal parts of the phone, or it can damage its performace? thanks.

the dent is so small and u cant see at the first look but if u focus you can see the dent and when i slowly swipe the dent, i can feel it. im just worried bc of the impact of the bottle at the back of the phone tho the back cover is tough

Unless the device is malfunctioning, you cannot know. As I said, as long as it is working properly and normally, do not worry about it. You'll only ever know if any damage was done, if or when the device starts to function abnormally. But without some functional symptoms of damage, then as far as anyone can tell, it is fine.
Sure, any impact may damage internal components. As long as your phone is working fine and normally though, don't worry about it.
