Download Final Cut Express 4

I have some old videos that I needed to edit in Final Cut Express, so I got out my trusty DVD of Final Cut Express 4, and put it in the DVD player. Trusty, not. The DVD just rolls and buzzes at me. I have cleaned it, and it is still unreadable. Is there I way to download this software? I have my serial number.
