Log out of the iTunes and App Store ( settings > itunes & app store > sign out ) and then sign back in with the new apple id.

You may have to delete the apps associated with the old apple id and redownload them using the new apple id. Click on account and then purchased to find the apps you own.

I have this problem too but where I'm finding the problem is when it comes up asking for your password it shows my old email address and even though I kept the same password it doesn't recognise it.. I have changed the email on the Apple ID page and the new address is showing up for example at the bottom in the App Store where it says how much credit you have etc (from iTunes cards). But then if I go into Settings where it says iCloud it still shows the old address... I don't use the iCloud but I still want it to show the new address! It doesn't help that I have 3 devices and now I'm just confused completely. I didn't choose to change my email... Orange is withdrawing all freeserve, Orange etc email addresses. 😕
