Does iphone 6s rose gold have different shade? Like mine was a bit lighter and my friend was a bit peachy. Dies it mean that mine was fake? Or did apple change the color a bit?

If both phones are working fine, they are not fake. Different manufacturing runs may result in different shades of the same color.
