How do i retrieve notes once they are permanently deleted after 30 days from 'Recently deleted' section?

I have similar question, but I would like to know if I can recover a note from Notes or recover all the notes from Notes in my last back up before it went missing?

I have version 10.11.6 of OS X.

If you're signed into iCloud in the system preferences on your Mac, then they're likely not part of your time machine backup. But the only way to find out is to revert to that point in time. Just be aware that any data that's changed between now and then unless backed up elsewhere will be replaced and lost.

I copied the important notes and saved.
But I could not do anything with Notes in Time Machine. I could not find the same folder in the library that contains the actual notes that you can find on the hard drive.
It would not let me restore Notes App.

Notes get synced with iCloud and therefore are not part of backups. Restoring your phone will only cause you more data loss. If your notes were deleted that long ago, sorry to say they're gone.

iCloud only keep the 3 most recent backups. If one of those has the notes you can restore it.

Sorry to say that they're likely gone then...

That's the feeling I have too.

Lesson learned about using Notes.
