I phone on but can't get passed apple logo
Not used phone 5s for a year , charged up but only apple logo comes on can't get passed it , tryed shutting down and restarting but that even playing up , not used for a year so is it broken
Try to connect in recovery mode, explained in this article:
If your iPhone doesn't respond or won't turn on - Apple Support
If this does not work, getting it serviced by Apple would be the next step.
