My original computer's hard drive crashed!!!

I had a very large (1,800 song) library on my old computer, which had iTunes version 6, and was synched with my iPod. I purchased a new computer, transfered the PURCHASED (53) SONGS FROM MY IPOD TO THE NEW COMPUTER BY AUTHORIZING IT AS THE 2ND OF 5. HOW DO I DE-AUTHORIZE THE CRASHED HARD DRIVE? ALSO - IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET THE NON-PURCHASED SONGS FROM MY iPod to the new computer without having access to the crashed drive of the old computer? Please HELP!!!

To de-authorize you need the old computer functioning. Don't worry about it unless you plan on authorizing more computers. When you reach five authorized systems you can de-authorize all of them then authorize the ones you actually need.

There is software available online to transfer from iPod to iTunes. I believe Anapod and Yamipod are two of them. I havn't needed it yet.
